My partner spotted this excellent site - limited edition. It sells cushions wall art and homewares but each one is manufactured in limited numbers, and so the products are branded 'This is a Limted Edition' - clever. They use top end designers from around the world and make each product in small runs. The liklehood of your neighbour or best mate having the same item is unlikley...the downside of shopping at B&Q.
